Hungry for tender, flavorful beef? Want to know where your food came from? We, Arne and Theresa Pihl and kids, sell our USDA inspected beef, grown “naturally," with no hormones or antibiotics, on our family farm, directly to consumers. Each box contains approximately 20-30 lbs. of a variety of cuts: specialty steaks, roasts and ground beef. Choose from 3 different selections, from high end to economy cuts. We believe in sustainable agriculture and are moving toward organic certification. We rotational graze our grass pastures throughout the year with only supplemental alfalfa, grown on-farm, during the coldest winter months.
